Your instructor is just a click away!
All mentored courses have access via email to an instructor (subject matter expert) as you work through the programs. Study any time of the day or night and have instructor responses within 24 hours. Courses typically contain 6 modules that cover specific HVAC/R by incorporating a presentation that utilizes leaning objects including: reading assignments, web site tours, applied exercises, online quizzes, video clips, animations, images, handouts, module exams and more!. All NATE Recognized courses are 18 NATE CEUs with a passing score of 75% or higher.

Picture yourself in a school setting where the “instructor” and the “students” are in a classroom. The same holds true in our online collaborative course, except that students are “virtually” meeting. An industry expert is assigned to the “group” of students. While the education is online, it is delivered at a weekly pace with associated activities, readings and assignment. In addition, the instructor provides a “conference” or “discussion” type environment for student to answer questions and articulate discussion. Not only does this allow for instructor-to-student learning, but it also allows for peer-to-peer learning as well.
